1. NAME:
The Society is an official company incorporated under Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1973, Registered No. 2005/013822/08 and its name shall be the "SOUTH AFRICAN MEDICO LEGAL SOCIETY"
(a) Area
The Society shall render its services and collect contributions in the Republic of South Africa.
